Well-being coaching recognises that well-being looks different for everyone. A program is a personalised step-by-step guide for you, a bit like a road map and is based on your unique emotional triggers, personality, and life circumstances. A coach will guide you through health and lifestyle assessments, will help you evaluate your current challenges and will support you in setting new realistic health and well-being goals. You will learn new therapeutic techniques such as mindful breathing, relaxation methods, or creative activities that reduce stress and create more emotional balance. Any program requires a 5 - 10 coaching session package, which can be used within 3 months. Please book a free Discovery call before booking any coaching program to make sure you are eligible.

Stress is unavoidable, but by recognizing its causes and learning healthy coping strategies as well as natural remedies, can mitigate its negative effects and improve overall quality of life.

SELF LOVE PROGRAM
Self-love is the foundation of emotional well-being, personal growth, and fulfilling relationships. This program is designed to help you cultivate self-love through a structured journey of self-awareness, healing, and empowerment. You will explore the 7 Pillars of Self-Love and learn practical ways to integrate them into daily life.
Your coach, Elada, will guide you through gentle self-enquiry practices where you will learn to embrace who you are without judgment or comparison. You will understand yourself deeply and recognise your needs, desires, and emotions. Learning set boundaries, feminine expression, and self-soothing techniques will develop a better sense of self and strengthen your self-esteem.
